NEAT HEAT!

Hey guys,

Looking for some help.

came across a neatheat earlier and it wouldnt light until i took the case off.

then once it was alight the flame in the burner wouldnt stop pulsating really bad... and i mean flames coming out from every gap in the burner.

any ideas? ive come across this once and the flue was blocked but this time its fine and the fan seems fine aswel..
