Increase the size of the flow and return to the cylinder,
You could also raise the flow above the cylinder a few feet before dropping back down to the cylinder connection.
Personally i don't think it will ever be satisfactory, as there isn't enough differencial between the flow and return

Wot if i increase just the return out of cyl to 28mm. do u think that might work?
The flow gets mad hot.It actually warms the water.
maybe so that could be parastatic circulation, it needs push, I think someone said you should have a minimum 4ft rise on a gravity circuit.
