Need a window handle replaced

Hi, I have a large bedroom window (see images below) that has a broken handle. I'd fix it myself but there is an internal part missing, so I need a replacement. I have no idea how to replace the entire handle, not any idea of where to get a replacement part. If anyone knows of someone who could come out and replace the handle (I am based in Canary Wharf, London), or where I can at least find the spare part, it would be apprciated.

Try this site no doubt they can advise how the handle comes off, looks like there may be a small grub screw in the shaft of the handle, if it's the same as yours.
