Replacement window handles/lock

I have these window handles/locks that need replacing as thread seems to have worn so the handle becomes loose. But I have no idea what type they are and the ones I’ve looked at don’t seem to have the length either side (which is screwed to the window with handle in middle)

please can anyone guide me to something that might be suitable?
