Need an alarm panel with an output available when armed

Hi
Fitting and alarm in our garage (which is not attached to the house). I am fitting a electric roller shutter door. I want to disable the door opening when the Alarm is set.

Need a very simple panel as its a single zone.

Looking at the Veritas 8 and the sw+ be programmed to be active hi or lo when the alarm is on?

Finding the install manual a bit confusing regarding SW+

Most panels ...all depends on how much current it will switch to activate a relay ...
