Need help finding this door seal

It looks like a diy job.

Assuming its an open in door, then usually the door bottom would be rebated and the threshold would have a water bar, although not needed if the door leads to a porch and not the outside world.

The problem you have is that a wiper seal on a door bottom will wear out quickly.

A long term solution, if you want a flat threshold, would be to fit an acoustic drop down seal. It does need a groove in the door bottom, so only suitable if you are proficient at woodwork
