Need help with finding wardrobe hinge

Hello,

Can anyone tell me where I can the wardrobe hinge of the type I have attached an image of?

I have searched on the Internet, but could not find one.

Please note that I can not drill new holes in the wardrobe, so I need something that fits exactly on this one.

This is not quite the same, but can be fitted to the face of the panels.
Usually these, or similar, are available fairly easily.
