Concealed hinge

Hello I'm trying to find some replacement hinges for some built in wardrobes, but having looked through a couple of catalogues I've so far drawn a blank.

Can anyone tell me the proper name for these hinges or better still where I can get a few from?

They are different sized to normal kitchen door hinges and the small bit folds away right inside the bigger bit as you can hopefully see.

i think they are called compact hinge or face-frame hinges
