does anyone know if you can use 6mm compression joint to increase you fuel pipe on petrol tap inside tank? and will copper pipe be ok have been told it goes green in petrol???? need this because my trike has 1 mile on reserve not to good if you runout on m1 bloody bad news

Use brass pipe if you can mate - that definitely will be fine.

Try a piese of nylon (air piping off the trucks) pushed onto the existing pipe. you may have to put the nylon pipe in hot water, first.
