Our front bath panel needs replacing, but do the ones you can buy in places like B&Q only fit the suite they come with? If so, does anyone know where we can buy just an individual universal-fitting panel?! Just a plastic white one will do. Thanks

the plastic panels are usually very thin and flimsy, and soon get cracked or broken.

It is very easy to get a piece of MDF, ply or chipboard cut to the right size and shape. It will probably wedge under the rim of the bath but needs a batten at the bottom. It only needs a couple of screws because the only forces against it will be people's knees when they lean into the bath to clean it.

The board can be covered in paint or wallpaper to match the walls; or tiles; or have carpet or other covering glued on to match the floor.

If you insist on buying a plastic one, you will find it is so flimsy that you can cut it to fit with a pair of scissors.
