need to and a radiator

hi all I'm writing to ask what is the best way for me to add a new radiator in a downstairs room i could try to take a spur form the hall by digging up the floor or from the room above or as i'm on a microbe system trying to find a 15mm pipe and run off that if as seems the easiest i take a spur from the room upstairs do you think this will work the boiler i have is a puma 80e and run 7 radiators from it at the moment with no problems and don't want to do anything which will brake it.
i know it friday and you've all had a hard week but any help would be must appreciated and probable save me some money too

What sort of floor do you have? Where is the boiler situated, other than in North Wales?

downstairs is concert the boiler is in the kitchen at the opposite end of the house 30 foot away form where i want the new rad

Probably worth running it down from the room above.
