Need to match a worktop, any ideas who sells this?

Does anyone know where I can buy or who sells this design of worktop as I need to change a bit that’s swolllen up but it needs to match the rest. Thank you in anticipation.

Could be any number of suppliers as it is a very popular style. Try looking underneath the worktop as they are often marked with the manufacturers name or brand.
