Neff S5943X2GB/37 Dishwasher - leak from bottom of door

Hi, Problem as per title. I have removed cleaned and refitted door seal (sides), spray arms working and not clogged, no water in tray except under filter. The 'cut-out' plastic piece (cover?) shown in the pic won't budge even after unscrewing. Can't find anything resembling this model online (pic attached) any ideas anyone?
