I have a problem where my heatlink was working fine, then I had to get a new boiler, whichever way the electrician wired the new boiler into the junction box, my hot water is now permanently on and the nest will not shut it off........so I got a new heatlink, it worked fine for a couple of days and the same thing happened.

The heating part of the heatlink is working fine, it's only the Hot Water part that's not working.......

Any ideas? It's almost as if there's too much current flowing through the relay and welding it to the on position......really weird, I can't see anything wrong with the wiring, I'm wondering is it something to do with permanent lives to the boiler or something like that.....?
