I'm in the market to buy a new certifier and am basically looking for any recommendations.
I currently use an omniscanner for certification but its getting rather tired and has an intermittent problem with the display.
The Fluke DTX-1800 seems like the obvious choice but is rather expensive, so i'm hoping someone has experience of a cheaper software based model such as the test-um.
