Hello, was having a few problems with ignition on my 24i boiler - main problem being that it was having trouble igniting it tried and tried but often didn't light and by the end had to have an object (crutch, brush etc) carefully positioned underneath it to ensure that it stayed lit. obviously not ideal!
I had a guy come out and look at it who replaced a few parts including the circuit board, which made sense and for a glorious 24 hours there was heat and hot water. However, about 2 hours ago the ignition decided to stop working again, this time when it's switched on it doesn't even sound like it's trying to light.
Not sure what to do - is this an unfortunate coincidence and nothing to do with the work that the guy did yesterday or in the process of fixing the other problem he has (hopefully accidently) caused another issue?
Not sure what to do.. ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!!!
