Hi guys,

On my cast iron bath, the tap holes are square and altho the base of my new taps cover them, I think they will be still quick slack when fitted. Im just wondering if anybody knows if I can get an square adapter plate to fit with the new taps?

Or will bedding the taps with plumbers mait or white silicone firm them up abit?

you shouldnt need anything other than the washers that come with the taps, apart from fitting top hat washers to the underside and making sure you tighten them properly, (if the jam nut for the taps are plastic you might want to buy brass ones as sometimes a hot tap effects a plastic nut)
