Best get a professional installer to fit the new bathroom,quiet often working in high rise,leasehold and other properties managed by a management company on behalf of the owner there are often contractor/small works conditions in place.
If the unforeseen happens like damage from a water leak then it will be the responsibility of the installer who will have insurance,hopefully.
