NEW BATHROOM

I know that this is not very technical but was hoping for advice from a bathroom installer. Very simply I cannot decide if it is a sensible idea to position a bathroom cabinet over a bathroom sink? It seems an obvious place as far as shaving goes, but will it get in the way whilst washing?? The depth of the cabinet is 16 cm. I am hoping that a forum member may have had experience of placing these in a new bathroom?

mogget leans down while brushing her teeth.

mogget yells 'OUCH' as she clanks her head on the bottom of the cupboard!

Would be OK if the cupboard is high enough.
