New boiler and unvented system - starting from scratch

I've just bought a house which will eventually have 2 bathrooms, possibly 3 with an en-suite. It is currently powered off an old combi boiler on the ground floor kitchen that I would like to move upstairs - to either the larger bathroom or a cupboard in the loft room.

So I definitely need to replace the boiler, and I'm thinking of getting an unvented system, but I think from research on here that this only covers the water supply. Will I need to buy a separate boiler, or are there any recommended unvented/megaflow with boiler packages?

Is it possible to put both in a floor to ceiling cupboard, and if so any idea how big this would need to be?

Any rough idea of cost would also be appreciate - I think that the proposed location would minimise additional pipework since the boiler would be above or very close to the kitchen and bathrooms that feed off it.

I already know that I need to check incoming supply and that if it isn't sufficient it will be extra cost to increase supply from street.

Its far better for you to read all the old questions asked on this forum as well as the FAQs.

Its best to buy the most suitable boiler and the most suitable cylinder.

The boiler position needs about 2.5m clearance on the outside for the flue.

A new gas supply pipe will be needed from the meter.

Cost depending on what you choose perhaps about £3000-£5000.
