New Boiler + Cylinder for Extension - What do you think?

Having an extension to the back of the house with new Boiler, cylinder

The Builder/Plumber has suggested Worcester 40CDi and a Megaflo CL250HE.

The reason for big capacity is that we are then planning another conversion in the loft with en suite. Also, having a Bathroom refit if the budget will stretch !!

Are these a good combination??
