New Boiler Needed... Does Size and Makers matter?

Not good on the flow bucket test it did 10ltr in 1min 16s!! I know the fella who turned off my water mains by the water meter didn't open the flow totally when it went back on so that could be opened more if it increased the flow. The missus thought i was off out to wash the car for a minute with me bucket in my hand!! :P :P
 
what tap did you use ? you should use the outside tap (if you have one) not the kitchen sink, if the results are the same with the outside meter stoptap fully open, don't even think about a combi as you have nowhere near enough flow
