New build: Key for opening loft door???

Hi,

I have a new build house and I need to know what key/tool I need to open it? The square shaft/bar from an internal door latch/handle fits in perfectly so I need a tool shaped like that ... just haven't a clue what they would be called!!

If you can take a close up photo of it and post it here we can let you know.
Even provide you a link where to get one.

But if it's a new build house can't you get the key from whoever sold it to you?
