New central heating system best practice for cleaning flux etc

Hi,

Wondering what the best practice is when all new pipework and boiler is installed. Flush out system a few times using just water and then add inhibitor.

Or use a cleaner specifically designed for new installs, let it circulate, flush out, refill and then inhibitor.

Whats the general consensus amongst the professionals?
