I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A NEW COOKER IN THE MANUAL IT STATES IT CAN BE CONNECTED TO A BS 1363 FUSED PLUG. BUT NO PLUG IS SUPPLIED WITH IT JUST BARE WIRES.

THE SOCKET ON THE WALL IS FITTED WITH A PLUG TYPE, THE COOKER IS ON ITS OWN 35AMP LEAD TO THE CONSUMER BOX WITH A SWITCH ON THE WALL, DO I JUST HAVE TO PUT A 13AMP PLUG ON THE LEAD AND AND PLUG IT INTO THE WALL OR WOULD IT BE BETTER TO PUT A CONSUMER BOX ON THE WALL AND WIRE IT INTO THAT.

Yes, just wire it into a standard plug with a 13A fuse and plug it into a standard wall socket as the manual suggests.
