New Fridge / Freezer not cold enough

About a week ago I got a new Samsung tall Fridge frost free freezer it has digital inverter pump. The problem is the freezer does not feel as cold as the inbuilt temp reader displays which is -23, food feels a bit frozen, ice cream soft. I put freezer thermometer in it and it went to -10 after few hours.

I have the required space around the unit for airflow and its next to a slim line dishwasher but with a panel betweem them, dish washer hardle used.

I'm not sure if its faulty or if this is how frost free freezers work, in that they don't completely freeze things ? I have both on the lowest temp setting.

I have both on the lowest temp setting.

You mean like number 9, or number 1? Or "min" or "max?"

I had this argument with Siemens. They said that "max" does not mean max temp, it means max coldness.
