New (ish) Tap Leaking...

Hi all. I have an 'outside kitchen' with bbq, elec and h&c water. Last summer I installed the tap in the pic, drained it best I could for the winter, but now it's leaking badly from the point marked in the pic. Can this joint be repaired; and is it totally different from the cartridge that works the taps?

Remove grub screw from back ,should pull up and has a o ring on it .

Happiness dashed, there appears no screws/screw covers of any kind on the body of the tap.

I can't quite see from the pic, but is there a retaining collar at the very top of the tap body which unscrews?

Have come across the occasional tap spout which is a pushfit inside tap body.

If no grub screw, then it will lift out when in a certain postion.
