New Laminate Floor

I would like to lay laminate flooring. Width is about 3.5m. Against one wall will be a heavy Edwardian dresser. Against the opposite wall is one of those massively heavy, floor-standing cast iron radiators.

Would I have problems with expansion / contraction with these heavy items?
