New laptop and office????

I have just bought a new laptop (acer aspire 6920g) and have just loaded office onto the LT through my profile.

I thought I had done the whole machine but now I have found out that the wifes profile has not got it on.

Question is how do I get office on to her profile without reloading it all?

Thanks for your speedy reply but unable to fix, I forgot to say its office 07 and I am working on vista, the link is for xp down.

Is it simply a case of shortcuts missing from the desktop or is it not showing in the Programs menu under Office 2007?
