New Loft Hatch

Hi there
My current loft hatch is far to small and only a twig would get through it.

I am going to post on my builder i think to have a new one put in that is bigger and perhaps with some ladders.

What sort of tradesman should i be posting it for?
Carpenter someone that does loft conversions?
