doing up a wee cloakroom toilet, ceiling & 2 walls are boarded and 2 walls are plastered on the hard (just got these 2 walls skimmed)

my mate has just done an extension and gave me Gyproc drywall sealer, just wondering if this is ok to put on the plastered walls?

or a mist of matt emulsion?

the walls will be painted, better with Matt or silk?

The sealer will be better if it is likely that some one is going to paper over the plasterboard in the future, or if you are anticipating a lot of moisture.

In a WC? I would just go with a mist coat and then two coats of full fat matt emulsion.

cheers, yes, just a WC & wee basin.

i'll just do the plasterboard with the sealer & mist coat the new plaster
