after having a new radiator fitted in the conservatory by someome out of the local paper, the feed was coming from a radiator directly next to the boiler it is only about 5 meters away to the new radiator anyways after he fitted it i noticed the radiator was not as hot as the rest so i bled a couple of times to satisfy myself ,he connected a 10mm flexi pipe from a 15mm pipe (copper ) i'm thinking should he have fitted a 15mm and should it improve also if i replace the pipe with flexi pipe do i really need to buy a plastic pipe cutter for one job ...regards will ...any suggestions welcome

I feel this may be an installation problem, rather than the fact that he used 10mm pipe (15 would be preferred though).
If you are going to work with plastic pipe, the ends must be cut square (a proper cutter is best) and the correct inserts used.
John :)

why not get the installer back to fix it? it's the same temp water as the rest of the system so should get as hot, that's what you paid for.
