I know it sounds poncy but..until its dry mate...its difficult to say this time of year but the drying time will certainly be retarded by the cold and damp weather..
Products...hmmm ask us all and we will probably all have our favourites..
Me, id say either crown stronghold or Johnstones masonry paint..go for the smooth finish, it sheds dirt and grime quicker
Leyland is ok ish...hate dulux, I find it thin, dont cover and has a tendency to skin over in the tray very quickly
All are ok...stay away from the cheap **** though like home brand stuff
