We have just had a new natural slate roof fitted.
The natural slates weren't perfect and there are some minor but noticable gaps where they lie.
I have noteced that there are patches of condensation appearing on the felt under the tiles. It definitely isn't rain penetrating.
I haven't got round to installing any loft insulation yet and was wondering if this is the cause of this condensation or is it the small gaps between the tiles?
