New shower pump or combi

I want a new shower installed but have poor hot water pressure from the hot water tankas it is at floor height!

Is it more feasible to install and new combi boiler and run the shower from it or install a pump on to the hot water and run the shower from that?
Boiler is 10 years old.

Installing a shower pump is a hell of alot cheeper than installing a whole new system

I was thinking long term. Boiler being older, the efficiency of the boiler, running cost of a combi, and the running cost of a pump.
