New shower to cover old power shower

Cover it with a soap dispenser or ceramic soap holder. Or some other shower accessory.
 
I guess I will patch the gap with bit of tile and try to get something to go over it so it's not on show.

Looks like a regular thermostatic bar mixer it is, ideally Bristan due to never having an issue with their products and spares are simple to source.

On another note I can't get a concealed shower into the wall easy enough without making more mess!
