did a job for a client 3 weeks ago ,ceiling and 4 walls,got the phone call when trying to paint the ceiling the paint is bubbling (they were told 50 50 mix emulsion)it was artexed and done everything right scraped off two coats pva lovely job was wondering if any body else had heard of this?
