New soil pipe under stairs - position please

Hi.

Someone is coming to install a new soil pipe under stairs and I am getting marks ready for where it needs to go under stairs. The soil pipe will come from under boards.

I want it to go on the lowest part of the slope.

I’m struggling to read the concealed cistern dimensions .but I’ve given it a shot. Please advise. I’ve attached dimensions of cistern.
