New soil pipe

Hi

Thinking about adding an en-suite in a bedroom where there is currently no soil pipe on that side but there is a drain which the gutters drain into.

Can this be changed for a soil pipe as there is no manhole on that side of the house either?

I am getting a full drain survey done to work out where all drains are as there are a few changes I want to make just in case someone thought I’d do it without checking

It can if it’s a combined system. You would need to swap the gully at ground level for a rest bend.

And don’t have a manhole too close or the turds will want to jump up on the benching.
