New tap tails don't fit old fittings - with pic

Hi. I'm replacing an old Hansgrohe tap (3/8" tails?) however the new tap has 1/2" tail fittings. I don't have much room to play with so am wondering what I would need adapter wise to make this job as easily as possible. I have a screwfix down the road. Many thanks.

These are the current Hansgrohe tails in situ.

Hi many thanks for the quick response. Just to confirm I remove the nut in the blue arrow in the pic below and the new fitting screws into the compression fitting sticking out from the wall? cheers

Yes, unscrew the bit closest to the wall, the rest of the fitting will come off.
