New tv cinema room - block or stud wall?

Hi all

Looking at dividing a room up to create a cinema room. Need to ensure good noise insulation. Wall needs to be thin As possible though as room not massive. Any advice on block or stud and how to best soundproof?

Did search but couldn't get a conclusive view when you add my need for thin Walls. I can try again.
