NEW VALLAINT COMI BOILER: still raidators not heating up

Hi

I have spent over 3000 pound on a valliant bolier but the raidators still do not heat up properly. I have called the fitter and he dismissed it as nothing but my bills are very high and the raidators are only slightly warm, at the top. I have bled the raidators but it still was no good

HELP!

Should i sign up to homecare and get them to look at it. I think its the pressure but then again i am not a expert

Bet you will be told that it needs flushing if you joined up!

With so little information, I would not even hazard a guess as to what might be wrong with the heating.

What I do find wrong is the attitude of the installer who pretends nothing is wrong.
