Someone mentioned to me today that there are new regs coming into force this year regarding ventilation,anyone know any more about this? or is it something we, (corgi registered) have known about for a while,ie open flued boilers etc.Nearly all my work is commercial,so a lot of the boilers are still open flued so maybe if there are new regs for domestic boilers then that is why I might have missed it.

If you are corgi reg then you have a pin number to go onto corgi site and it will tell you everything first hand as opposed to secondhand and prob miss bits out
