I am replacing the old PVC sills in the conservatory with new mdf ones. Basically two L shapes.

Just in case the angle isn't a straight forward 90 degree job, can anyone guide me in the best way to join them in the corners regarding marking / cutting etc?

I was thinking of cutting one piece of the L at an angle. Lay the other one in its place with the cut one on top and scribing the edge onto it to get the angle correct. However, there must be a more credible way to do it?

Many thanks.

Is it possible to use the existing PVC sills as a "Template" for your "MDF"

Grab two pieces of CLS (or similar same width offcuts) and follow this guide.....
