Newlec NL 10576 storage heater not coming on

Hi, can anybody help. I have a Newlec NL 10576 storage heater and i can't get it to come on. It is switched on at the mains. The output is on 1 and the input is on 4. I can't seem to find a manual anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

Has it ever worked? Are the other storage heaters working? Thermal cutout might have tripped if it has ever been covered with clothes etc.

Hi yes it used to work fine but because of the summer we turned them off at the mains and now they wont come on. I've never put things on them as far as I'm aware but this time they just won't come on. Its probably something really easy to do

Are all the off peak circuits on at the fusebox? I assume you left them on overnight to charge?!
