Hi - can anyone help me!!
I have a Hudson Reed 3/4" dual control thermostatic shower value running from a combi boiler and have had endless problems with getting the temperature right.
It was installed 2 years ago and worked fine for a couple of months, then for reasons unknown you couldn't get it to get hot unless you only had it on half power. The manufacture send us a new o ring which we fitted and seemed to sort out the problem.
2 weeks later and with no other changes to the set up we now have a constant banging in the pipes running to the shower from the boiler while it's running along with high speed pulsing water pressure to the shower head. The temperature problem has also reappeared as discribed earlier.
Any advise / thoughts would be gratefully received!!!!

Try HR again. Make sure it's a mixer designed for high pressure.
