We've just bought a property and whilst renovating, we've realised that there is no aerial socket in the lounge. There are Sky cables that have been left by the previous owners, however we use BT for our TV and without an aerial connection we can only view the internet provided channels such as BT Sport. The master bedroom has an aerial point fitted and working however it is not feasible to put the box in the bedroom as there is no internet/phone socket there. The aerial is present in our attic, how easy is it to run a cable for the aerial from the attic to the lounge to create an aerial point and how much does this generally cost?

Costs will vary depending on who is doing it, and how it's done. You could put a splitter/booster in the loft, and then take another cable down to the living room, or you could put a signal booster in the bedroom, and then take a cable down to the living room.
