Been having issues with localised condensation on aluK bi fold doors along the bottom. Having a new floor fitted and this has exposed the window fitting as it was under wood before. should the stone be exposed internally. The photo of the right corner is where the condensation is worse, as there is cold air coming up from the hole. There is a gap in the flooring too as the kingsman is exposed. The rest of the floor is almost up to the window frame though. Also there is a hole in-between the 2 pieces of stone where the mortar has come out / is missing.. this is also letting cold air through from the outside into the middle of the frame. It’s a new build but they will just botch it so wanted some advice first before they turn up with expandable foam. Should the store be exposed? the gap between the frame and stone looks like around 1-2mm with some sort of glue? The wood was turning black as the door frame was generating that much condensation.
