The radiator in my living room last year was a bit warm on the top and cold on the bottom. This year there is no heat at all to it. Have tried bleeding it and only ever get water - any ideas of what I need to do?

Not sure if this is related but in the past week have noticed the sound of running/trickling water coming from somewhere near my boiler. Concerned it could be a leak but downstairs flat haven't reported any water coming through.

Any/all advice very much welcomed!!

propably not leaking it got build of sludg in the rad could try draining it down or hireing some one to do a power flush

Does it have a thermostatic valve? Check pin is not stuck. If ok then try closing off the valves on the other rads, see if this one then gets hot. If so a system balance may be all thats needed. See the FAQ's for a guide on how to balance the system.
