no heating again

no heating again , we have had the Honeywell valves replaced twice in 4 years for both heating and water and now again no heating but water ok , tried to put the heating 2 port into manual open but its loose and does nothing, can you help with why it keeps happening

Are you sure it's the zone valve that's the problem? Did they replace the entire valve, the head, or the motor in the head?

just the head has been replaced

Is that with a call for heating ? if you switch the heating off the valve should show resistance when you move the lever across, if there is acall for heating it will be loose that is how the valve works

If they are being called for heat yes, turn everything off and you should get resistance on both levers if they are working correctly
